1. What we collect

Account data (name, email, company, country), subscription and invoicing records, device activation data (hashed hardware fingerprint, device name, OS — never raw hardware identifiers), and messages you send us.

2. What we do not collect

The site uses Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool: no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling. Payment card data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers. Your DevStudioBuilder projects stay on your machines.

3. Why we process data

To provide the Service (account, license activation, billing through Stripe), to answer your messages, to send transactional emails, and to meet legal obligations. Newsletter emails require your explicit double opt-in and can be stopped in one click.

4. Where and how long

Data is stored in the European Union, retained while your account exists and for the legal retention periods that apply to invoicing, then deleted.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time from the account area or by contacting us. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
