Terms of Service

1. Who we are

devstudiobuilder.com and the DevStudioBuilder software ("the Service") are published by JazairSoft ("we"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these terms.

2. License and accounts

DevStudioBuilder is licensed by subscription. Each seat may be activated on up to 2 devices simultaneously; devices can be deactivated self-service from the account area. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

3. Your work stays yours

Projects you create, the code generated from them, and your data belong to you. If your subscription ends, the studio switches to read-only mode: you can always open, consult and export your projects.

4. Payments

Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice; ongoing periods are never re-priced.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense or share access to the Service, attempt to circumvent license validation, or use the Service to build unlawful software.

6. Warranty and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes and contact
