1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If DevStudioBuilder is not for you, tell us within 14 days of your first paid subscription and we refund it in full — no justification needed.

2. How to request

Send a message via the contact form or from the account area, from the email address of the account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5-10 business days.

3. Renewals

The guarantee applies to the first payment of a subscription. For accidental renewals, contact us within 7 days of the charge and before significant use of the new period — we handle these case by case, generously.

4. Trial first

The 14-day free trial requires no credit card: the best way to avoid needing a refund is to try before paying. Your projects remain exportable in read-only mode after any cancellation.
